Abstract

Analyse the possibility of being part of the contract procedure the entities legitimized to defend transindividual interests, considering that in most situations, they are not the owners of the interest that is sought to protect in collective action.Has verified the initial conception of contract procedure, entering into the plan of existence of the agreements, with the purpose of delimiting who are the “parties” authorized to celebrate it. Has included the possibility of their use by the legitimate of collective actions, once they title the procedural situations that will be object of provision in the procedural agreements. For the results, used the deductive method based on legislation and doctrine.
