Humanity´s achievements contrasts the growing inequalities between the populace and social structures. Wealth accumulation is indifferent to situations such as illiteracy, violence, and poverty. This paper aims to denounce the epistemology of Capitalism and its pitfalls; how it can objectify humans; and its inability to ensure a social and environmental balance to change and fulfil its requirements by Democracy and Justice. The transformation of Capitalism, new institutional arrangements geared, mainly, by Human Rights to reinforce the humanization of economic relations as global coexistence for this century.Downloads
