The approach to this essay is related to the University, it's mission and crises, focusing the problems and perspectives of the post graduation in the area of the law studies. It's nuclear discussion refers to the nature and goals of the post graduation nowadays, including the difficulties to research, the professional master degree, the post graduation curriculum, the relation between the graduation and the post graduation curses and finally the criteria used by CAPES.
