Abstract

The proctetion of liberties and fundamental rights, linked to the person and to the human body, involves juridical points, due to the evolution of Biology. As science evolves, there are proctetive rules for the person and for the human body, as well as medical practice and corporal rights. The human person's inviolateness is presently threaten by the exceptional manipulation of general techniques, for the development of scientific research, which has profit as a main goal. Because of this danger it is necessary to produce emergency rules laid in bioethical and deontological commandments. This essay stresses on the needs of persons proctetion thanks to the present-day relevant role given to person's dignity.
