Quality of service at the street fairs

Fresh produce are distributed by various retail formats such as supermarkets, street fairs, retail shops and grocery stores. The purchase of these products by consumers depends on numerous factors such as satisfaction with service, product quality, facilities, cleanling and hygiene of the place, among other factors. Thus, this research project aims to conduct an assessment of the perception of service quality in street fairs of the city of Tupã, to point out the strengths and weaknesses of this sale channel and to propose possible improvements. The survey shows that consumer perceptions to both free markets studied is very similar for both consumers and unsatisfied, depending on the dimension studied, however, to any extent the perception that indicated more satisfaction.
