Abstract

This work aims to show the neoconstitucionalism as regards to its historical aspect, definition, together with its related subjects and lastly, the work proposes a discussion about the iconic and troubled applicability of "new law". This scientific article aims to encourage a construction of a society based on the implementation and effective realization of constitutional values. The main focus of the scientific article is the rescue of the contemporaneity to impose to real practice of the state and society the substantial values of civilization.
