Abstract

This article has the crisis of Sovereignty and Modern State as its object and aims to analyze the elements that characterize this phenomenon. It is adopted an inductive methodological posture and the aspects related to the crisis of Sovereignty are systematized in two different moments. First, it is analyzed the crisis of Internal Sovereignty and its relation with the development of Constitutional State. Following, it is examined the crisis of External Sovereignty and its relation with the crisis of Modern Constitutional State itself. In both moments, the realean formula is used to identify the normative, factual and axiological elements related to the phenomenon.
