Deadline extension:   Thematic Dossier “Brazil and Latin America in World War II” – Vol. 17, n. 34, jul.-dec. 2024 – Deadline for submissions: 31 august 2024   Guest editors: Francisco Cesar Alves Ferraz – UEL – Universidade Estadual de Londrina, PR, Brasil Vinicius Mariano de Carvalho – King’s College, UK   This thematic dossier aims to address the involvement of Brazil and Latin American countries in WWII. Articles should not be restricted to the years of the war exactly (1939-1945), but can also discuss the years that preceded the conflict and the immediate post-war period and how this impacted the region. The special issue is multidisciplinary and welcomes articles from military studies, international relations, cultural studies, political science, economy, history, gender studies, memory, etc. Papers in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese are accepted.
