Linfócitos T formadores de rosácea estável e nível de receptor solúvel no sobrenadante de cultura de linfócitos de indivíduos normais e de pacientes urêmicos

Abstract

In uremic patients we found a decrease in the number of T lymphocytes able to form stable £ rosettes at 37°C (Q.26 ±0.1 lymphocytes/ml), in relation to control group (0.42 ± 03 lymphocytes/ml); also a smaller percentage of E-rosette dissociation ocurred in the stimulated cells of both control arid uremic patients. As others we found an increased serum sheep erythrocyte (E) soluble receptor (Rs) level, but its quantification in the culture medium was not different in uremic or control PHA stimulated lymphocytes {0.316 + 0.02 mg/ml versus 0.288 ± O.O3 mg/ml). These results sugest that the increase in the level of seric Rs in uremic patients was not due to the increase in peripheral T lymphocytes capable of forming stable E rosettes, or by higher levels of Rs liberated by stimulated lymphocytes, although it is reported in the literature that stimulated lymphocytes, able to form stable E rosettes, liberate receptors.
