Treinamento de habilidades técnicas de ensino relato de uma experiência na UEL

This report focuses on an experiment in training teaching techniques, taking as its base the principles of micro teaching. It is divided into three parts: 1) the first presents the importance of training in the education of teachers and points out the concept and process of microteaching as one of the alternatives for this type of work; 2) the second offers a general description of microteaching, indicating its origin, mains focus and the phases of its process; 3) The third part relates the development of its application at the State University of Londrina for the period 1978 - 1982, characterizing in detail each estage carried out. Some observations are made at the end, as a kind of partial conclusion, recommending continuity of the analysis of this type of work.
