Indicadores cualitativos para la evaluación del potencial semántico de los portales de conocimiento universitario

Resumen

Objetivo: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo proponer indicadores cualitativos para la evaluación del potencial semántico de los portales universitarios de conocimiento.
Metodología: La investigación incluyó levantamiento bibliométrico, análisis sistemático y de contenido e investigación de campo con el envío de un cuestionario a los coordinadores de TI de las 69 universidades federales brasileñas, con el fin de identificar las tecnologías y los recursos humanos disponibles en el portal de cada institución. El procesamiento de datos se realizó mediante análisis estadístico descriptivo y los indicadores fueron validados por un panel de expertos.
Resultados: El mapeo de la red de portales universitarios semánticos mostró actores humanos y no humanos y sus interrelaciones marcadas por lazos fuertes y débiles. Se propuso un conjunto de 18 indicadores cualitativos construidos a partir de preceptos semánticos y sociotécnicos.
Conclusiones: El conjunto de indicadores puede ser utilizado como herramienta de gestión, con el fin de brindar una investigación semántica que facilite el acceso a la información relevante, además de favorecer la interoperabilidad y las acciones de comunicación y colaboración, contribuyendo a la evolución de los portales de conocimiento universitario como aplicación sociotécnica.
