O presente trabalho tem por objetivo estudar as diferentes divisões regionais realizadas pelo antigo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e atual Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística no Estado do Paraná, verificando as alterações havidas, tanto em termos de metodologia, como nos limites regionais.
